Halemah is known for her rich, homemade recipes that reflect the depth of Jordanian culinary heritage, prepared with fresh local ingredients and traditional techniques.
Guests have the opportunity to observe and participate in the cooking process, learning about the cultural stories and traditions behind each dish. The experience goes beyond food—it creates a space for cultural exchange, meaningful conversation, and genuine hospitality.

Note: All of these venues offer lunch, brunch, and dinner, while baking experiences are available exclusively at Saj Mariam and Maha’s House.

Cancellations made at least 24 hours before your scheduled experience are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior may receive a partial refund (up to 50%) or no refund, depending on preparation costs. No-shows are non-refundable.
